Preparing your support ticket
Include only the information needed for your issue. Never share your password, full subscription link, access token, or other account credentials.
Connection and route issues
Include your device platform, client name, selected region and route type, and roughly when the issue occurred. Say whether you can’t connect, some websites won’t load, or the app shows an error. If there’s an error message, include its exact text and describe what happened after switching routes or reconnecting.
Before sharing screenshots, cover your subscription URL and sensitive account details. Check the import steps in the getting started guide, then look for a solution in the Help Center.
Subscription and payment issues
Include the plan and order status shown in the panel, along with the payment method used. VPNNT accepts Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. If your payment record doesn’t match the panel status, include the relevant order details and redact unrelated personal information.
Monthly subscription data resets on the activation date each month. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. For plan details, see Plans.
Refunds and follow-up details
VPNNT offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, state your request clearly in a ticket and include the relevant order. See the Terms of Service for details. You don’t need to share sensitive information unrelated to your order to explain why you’re requesting a refund.
Check the panel for replies after submitting your ticket. If anything changes, add the new details and what you tried to the original ticket so the issue can be reviewed in context. No fixed resolution time is promised; refer to the ticket for replies and progress.
