Monthly Plans and Data Packs

For regular use, compare monthly data allowances. For occasional use, consider a data pack that never expires. Check the reset rules before choosing an allowance.

Billing

Choose a billing period, then compare data

This page lists monthly plans and data packs. Monthly plans suit regular use, while data packs are useful when your usage is less predictable. Their validity rules differ, so compare more than just the total data allowance.

Monthly billing, reset on your activation date

Monthly data resets on your activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated for the remaining days; check the final amount in the panel.

Light Use

60GB Monthly Plan

¥9.9 / month

A good fit for browsing, email and text-based AI tools. Estimate your allowance based on how you actually use the service before considering a larger plan.

  • 60GB per month
  • Unlimited devices
  • 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy

Video, file downloads and multiple devices all use data. The light-use plan is not unlimited, so keep an eye on your remaining allowance in the panel.

Everyday Use

250GB Monthly Plan

¥18 / month

For everyday browsing, work collaboration and streaming. The larger allowance leaves more room for use across both computers and mobile devices.

  • 250GB per month
  • Unlimited devices
  • 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy

Viewing time and video quality affect data usage. The allowance cannot be converted into a fixed number of viewing or meeting hours.

Lowest monthly cost per GB

500GB Monthly Plan

¥28 / month

For frequent streaming, file transfers or ongoing use across several devices. The larger allowance accommodates more data use; it does not guarantee connection speeds.

  • 500GB per month
  • Unlimited devices
  • 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy

“Lowest cost” compares only the listed per-GB price of monthly plans on this page. It does not mean the plan is right for everyone or include an additional discount.

Included with Every Plan

Included in all plans

Compare billing type and data allowance first, then check what all plans have in common. Differences in data allowances do not mean differences in platform memberships or guaranteed speed tiers.

International Route Coverage

90+ countries / 180+ routes. Before choosing a region, check where your target service is available, then find the corresponding route in the panel. Route coverage is not a list of content licensed by target websites; each service has its own regional and account rules.

Use on Multiple Devices

Unlimited devices; supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Device count does not vary by plan, but using multiple devices still consumes data. Consider your actual needs across computers, tablets and mobile devices when choosing an allowance.

Bank-Level Encryption

Bank-level encryption is VPNNT’s core security message. Keep your account details safe after getting started, and check your login and access status with the services you use. Encrypted connections do not replace the account protections or usage rules of those services.

Streaming

Choose a region and route based on your viewing needs, and check platform restrictions against our viewing guides. A network subscription does not include memberships to Netflix, Disney+ or other platforms. Catalogs, video quality and playback access remain subject to each platform’s account requirements and current policies.

AI and Work Tools

International routes can provide network access to AI tools, web resources and collaboration services. Third-party tools may have their own regional, account and paid-feature requirements. Check network connectivity and account eligibility separately; an error from a tool does not necessarily mean your data allowance is the issue.

Panel and Support

Sign in to view your subscription and access client downloads. For billing or connection issues, submit a ticket with the details. Include your target region, platform and the step where the issue occurred to help distinguish between order, subscription and app settings issues. No fixed response time is promised on this page.

Choose an allowance based on actual usage, not device count

Browsing, video calls, streaming and file transfers can use very different amounts of data, and the same amount of time online can result in different usage. Video quality, file sizes and background activity all affect consumption, so this page does not estimate a fixed viewing time per allowance. If you’ve used the service before, check your panel history. If you’re still figuring out your usage, identify your main activities first, then compare allowances and leave room for variation.

Check the prorated amount before upgrading a monthly plan

Monthly data resets on your activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated for the remaining days. To move to a larger allowance, choose the target plan in the panel and review the prorated amount before confirming. Don’t estimate the amount due by subtracting full monthly prices, and don’t assume the reset date falls on the first of the month. Data packs have different validity rules from monthly plans. For changes between plan types, check the panel rather than assuming allowances will combine or convert.

Order Details

Payment Methods and How to Get Started

Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT. Payments are completed in the user panel. This page lists prices and rules but does not collect payment details.

Alipay WeChat Pay USDT

Check your order, then follow the on-screen payment instructions

After opening the user panel from a plan card, check the selected billing type, data allowance and order total. Monthly plans and data packs may have similar names but different validity rules, so read the plan details before confirming. If you selected the wrong type, go back and change it before paying rather than relying on your memory of the order.

Choose a payment method and follow the details shown in the panel. For USDT, carefully check the network, amount and recipient details listed on the page; don’t reuse payment information from an old order. VPNNT does not publish wallet addresses on this static information page or ask you to pay using details found in articles or comments.

Get your subscription from the panel after payment

  1. Sign in with your username and password. You don’t need an email address to create an account; keep your account details safe.
  2. Return to the panel to check your order status and see whether the subscription is available. If the status doesn’t match your payment record, check your existing order first to avoid paying twice.
  3. Once your subscription is confirmed, get your subscription details and client access from the panel. Sign-in is required; this page does not provide static installers or ready-to-use subscription URLs.
  4. Set up your client for your platform, then test access to the service you want to use. If the connection fails, note the selected region, client platform and error message, then submit a ticket for help.

Refund Policy

14-day no-questions-asked refund policy

This pricing page outlines the refund policy. See the Terms of Service for the full eligibility rules. Include your request and relevant order details in the same ticket to make them easier to review.

To request a refund, sign in to the user panel and check the relevant order first. Then submit a ticket explaining your request. You can include the subscription name, payment method and what happened to help match the payment record to your account. Don’t include your password or full subscription link in the issue description.

Refund requests and connection troubleshooting are handled separately. To troubleshoot a connection, describe where the error occurs. To request a refund, state that clearly so the team knows what you need, rather than submitting only a brief error message. Check the ticket for updates. This page does not promise an unverified refund processing time or infer when a refund will be completed from the payment method.

Before submitting a request, review the refund policy in the Terms of Service. To check an existing order, open support tickets in the user panel. Keep the payment record for the relevant order in case it’s needed to investigate a mismatch.

Plan FAQs

These answers cover the rules listed on this page. For more information about accounts and connections, visit the Help Center.

When does monthly plan data reset?

Data resets monthly on your activation date, not on the first of each calendar month. Sign in to the user panel to check your current subscription and reset date before planning your usage.

How is the price difference handled when I upgrade a monthly plan?

When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check the target plan and prorated amount in the user panel before confirming your order. The full monthly price difference is not the amount charged.

Do data packs reset every month?

Data packs last until used and never expire; they do not reset monthly. “Never expires” refers to the validity of your remaining data. It does not mean unlimited data or a monthly allowance.

What should I do if my subscription doesn’t appear after payment?

First, check your order and subscription status in the user panel to avoid paying twice. If the payment record and panel status don’t match, submit a ticket with your order details and a description of the issue so the team can investigate.

How can I review the refund policy and submit a request?

VPNNT offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy. See the Terms of Service for full details. To request a refund, sign in to the user panel, submit a ticket explaining your request, and include the relevant order details. Check the ticket for updates.
