Account and Order Information
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. An email address is not required for registration or to activate a subscription. Keep your account details secure. Information submitted through a support ticket is used only to handle the related request and should not include your password or complete payment credentials.
Account information is used for authentication, subscription management, and support. Order records include the selected plan, order status, payment channel, transaction reference information, and refund processing records. They are used to verify payments, deliver entitlements, and resolve billing disputes. Cumulative traffic usage is used to measure plan consumption, not to compile users' browsing activity.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Information
VPNNT follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through international routes or store browsing history, viewed content, or lists of destination addresses that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. Account usage and order data are service management records, not browsing logs.
Temporary operational data from connection sessions is used only to maintain connections, measure traffic, and troubleshoot issues. VPNNT does not build long-term connection histories linked to accounts. Temporary connection data is cleared when a session ends or troubleshooting is complete. Further analysis of unresolved issues should use aggregated, de-identified information. Materials submitted by users for troubleshooting are handled through support tickets and should not include sensitive content being accessed.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Analytics for the marketing website help assess page readership, referral sources, and link usage. They are limited to pages and interactions on this site and do not extend to other websites users access through the service. Analytics are processed for aggregated analysis and do not include account passwords, payment credentials, or subscription addresses.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain essential page state, login status, and language preferences. Login credentials saved in the browser are used to authenticate users with the user panel. Log out after using a shared device. Clearing site data may invalidate login status and preferences. Restricting browser storage may affect panel features but does not prevent access to public pages.
Third-Party Payments and Necessary Disclosures
This site supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party provider or transaction network. VPNNT receives the transaction results needed to verify orders and does not ask users to submit third-party payment account passwords to this site. Providers may process transaction data under their own rules.
For records on public transaction networks, visibility and retention are determined by the network's design. Deleting an account on this site does not remove transaction records from the network. Data is disclosed only as necessary to deliver the service, verify payments, handle disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations. Browsing activity is not provided as transaction data.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Data is retained according to its purpose; there is no single indefinite retention period. Account information is kept while account services are provided. Support ticket materials are kept until the issue is resolved and any necessary review is complete. Analytics data is deleted or de-identified once its analysis purpose has been met. Order and refund records are retained for as long as needed for accounting, dispute resolution, and applicable legal requirements, then deleted when that period ends.
To access or correct your information, or request account deletion, sign in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal. Account ownership must be verified before processing. If an order is still open or a legal retention obligation applies, VPNNT will explain which information cannot be deleted immediately and why. Account deletion may affect subscription management and after-sales support.
Policy Updates and Privacy Questions
If data processing purposes or service procedures change, VPNNT will update this page and the last-updated month at the top. Changes that materially affect user rights will be explained through a site announcement or notice in the user panel. Where separate consent is required by law, updating this page does not replace that consent.
